Uploaded files are automatically deleted within 24 hours of processing. Account data is retained while your account is active. You can request deletion of your account at any time.

Paddle: Our Merchant of Record for payment processing. Paddle handles all payment data securely.
AI Providers: Your content is processed by third-party AI services (such as Anthropic) to generate outputs. Content is not stored by these providers after processing.
Hosting Providers: Infrastructure services that help us operate ZestWork
Legal Requirements: When required by law or to protect our rights
