By accessing or using ZestWork, operated by Zestwork.ai ("we", "us", "our", or the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

ZestWork provides AI-powered automation tools ("Agents") that help users complete tasks such as creating presentations, cleaning data, converting documents, and other productivity tasks.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Upload malicious content or attempt to compromise our systems
• Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization
• Use the Service to generate harmful, abusive, or misleading content

5. Wallet and Payments

ZestWork operates on a wallet (pay-per-use) model. Funds are added to your wallet and deducted when you use Agents. Payments are processed securely by Paddle (our Merchant of Record). Unused balance does not expire. All purchases are final except as described below.

6. Refund Policy

14-Day Money-Back Guarantee: You have the right to cancel your purchase and receive a full refund within 14 days of the transaction date, without giving any reason.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of your cancellation request using the same payment method as your original purchase. No fees will be charged for refunds.

7. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of content you upload. Output generated by our Agents is yours to use. ZestWork retains all rights to the Service, including our AI models, software, and branding.

8. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that outputs will be error-free or suitable for any particular purpose. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all generated content.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZestWork shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
